counseling & consultations in the office.
Dr. Haddock does NOT accept insurance. This means you come prepared to pay
at each session. A $5
discount is available, if you pay cash instead of using
your credit/debit card. Talk to Dr. Haddock about
other ways to manage the cost of services. You

Initial Visit

. . . . . . . . . . . . Come prepared to discuss the problems you are
dealing with, how you've attempted to cope with them up to
now, and how you will know when things are better.
This first visit usually takes longer and an hour is set
aside to cover most pressing issues.

Subsequent Visits #2002

. . . . . . The remaining visits are usually 45-50 minutes for
individual, marital, or family visits. However,
sessions can be extended upon request, since we are not
restricted by the usual therapy hour defined by insurance
companies.
Adult ADHD
Assessment & Counseling #2003 . . . . . . . .

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . This usually involves testing and interpretation of
results. Process yields a written report in most cases.
Average sessions needed is three (3).
Two
things to keep in mind: 1) You have to be an existing or
former client; and 2) an adult (over 21 years old). You
may know that I have always offered telephone services in
urgent or unusual situations or for people in crisis.
However, I have recently established counseling and
consultation
services over the phone as a matter of routine.

Extended sessions are
available at the office. If you are NOT using
insurance, then we are not confined to the traditional
therapy hour. This means we can have 2-hour or
longer sessions, as desired. Charges are $25 for 15 minute increments
after the first 50 minutes.
Note:
Dr. Haddock does NOT accept
insurance, managed care, and/or most employee assistance
services.
